(Houston, TX – September 18, 2024) PrimeFlight Aviation Services, Inc. announced the acquisition of a portion of the assets of Houston-based aircraft appearance company AccuFleet International. AccuFleet International provides aviation services including exterior aircraft cleaning and cabin cleaning to the commercial aviation industry.

“We feel that this strategic acquisition fits nicely into our service portfolio, expanding our commercial aircraft appearance services across four key markets” said Dan Bucaro, CEO of PrimeFlight. “With existing operations at IAH, LAX, MCO, and TPA, we will be better positioned to serve our customers.”

While AccuFleet International has operations across a dozen airports, PrimeFlight has acquired the assets of their aircraft cleaning operations only at IAH, LAX, MCO, and TPA. These operations will be integrated into the PrimeFlight network and will begin operating under the PrimeFlight brand as soon as possible. AccuFleet will retain its remaining operations and continue operating under the AccuFleet name.
