Our LHR Cargo team has served as a Cargo Transit Shed Operator at LHR for several decades. Currently operating in the X2 facility, we have the capability and experience to provide the personal touch, but still manage large contracts efficiently and effectively. This two story facility overlooking the South runway at Heathrow is the only one of its kind in Europe. The fully accessed building allows us to be a DFT regulated cargo agent at Heathrow Airport and have the ability to facilitate HM Customs Clearances in house. We are also able to process and security clear mail shipments in a dedicated area.

We provide ramp transportation services through a fleet of purpose-built covered ULD carrier trucks. Fitted with powered rollers feeding lanes of hydraroll rollertracks, each truck can carry five LD3 units or two aircraft pallets and one LD3.
We are the only indepent border inspection post at Heathrow Airport. Operated as EuroBIP, it is the veterinary centre for food fit for human consumption entering the UK. We offer extensive ambient, chilled, and frozen facilities with dedicated airside and landside transport services. We are also the only approved DPE for Vegetable Inspection at Heathrow Airport.
We operate out of a purpose-built airside facility regularly inspected by local port health inspectors. It is the only airside border inspection post in the UK. We employ dedicated experienced personnel, HM Customs, and an in-house inventory system, and with all airside transit sheds located within five minutes, we are able to clear all consignments as quickly and safely as possible.
Open to all importers, freight forwarders, airlines, and transit shed operators, we are fully-approved by the Department of Environment, Food, and Rural Affairs, and the EU Commission. We can invoice transit shed operators or importers directly and offer a wide range of value-added services that assist with the efficent handling and distribution of all incoming shipments.

Every shipment carried on an airplane has to be security cleared, either by the freight forwarder or the transit shed operator. We provide this service through x-ray machines in the transit shed. Our procedures are governed and inspected regularly by the Department of Transport. Security terms and conditions are available upon request.

We offer complete cargo screening under one roof at our Heathrow X2 Centre. Our facility can handle x-ray screening, hand searching, remote explosive scent tracing (REST), and explosives trace detection (ETD). We leverage the latest technology combined with our trained, professional staff to process cargo quickly and efficiently.
- X-RAY SCREENING: Using the Smiths 180-180 2is enables us to clear cargo quickly and efficiently. Its larger tunnel and greater powers of penetration mean that most cargo is able to be cleared without the need for secondary screening, lowering your screening costs. The tunnel can accomodate a ULD to meet TSA requirements.
- HAND SEARCH: Our professional hand search operatives are specifically trained in re-packing and carpentry to ensure you get your cargo items back in the same condition we received them.
- ETD: We leverage the latest Smiths Ionscan technology with greater detection capacity, keeping false detection rates low. Our goal is the keep potential distruption through alarms to a minimum. We can perform Explosive Trace Detection at our cargo screening centre, or at your facility.
